Good morning. Today is Wednesday. Once a week it’s Wednesday but it will never again be Wednesday 27th June 2018. Today is just another day but it cannot be done again, taken back or changed.
Note to self. Enjoy the day. Good or bad accept today as it is. Either grow from the experience or use it to learn from. Treat those in your life with respect and love. Do not make your own shortcomings or downfalls or things you wish were not about yourself the problem of others. Want the best for the people around you, don’t pull them down to a level in which you see yourself. Their time is precious and worth something so stop wasting it. They were not put on this earth to make your journey any harder or easier.
Get rid of the poisonous people in your life, even if they have been in your life the entire time. Blood is thicker than water? Yes well no one needs to accept poor behavior or poisonous people because of some one liner that states a fact. Sometimes the people who know us the most can hurt us the most. They are more aware of our soft spots so they should be help more accountable for using those things a tool to inflict pain upon us.
Tell the people you want in your life that you love them and do it despite the fact it might make you feel valuable. Enjoy how green the grass is and get up for a sunrise. I do regularly. Take pleasure in the people and give your time.
Ask someone if they are ok and really care what the answer is. If not you are wasting everyone’s time.
I have a friend. A very brave friend. And today I want to do something for her. I have a lot to give but the one thing she needs I can’t give to her.
I want to spend more of the time I have on her. I want her to experience things while she still can. When she is not here I will still have time. This is not a waste of my time though. It will make me understand the value of my time and not waste it anymore. It will make me unafraid to try something new and more humble in my life. I will hug the people I love more often and live much fuller life.
I am a mother of one, artist and blogger from Australia. I write children’s books and want to introduce awareness education for children in all schools.
This is my journey from domestic violence and beyond. Where it will end up is anyone's guess. Share in my story....
